The rotary cap drip bottle is a commonly used experimental instrument in laboratories.The inner side of the drip bottle mouth is frosted,similar to a fine mouthed bottle,and the bottle cap is replaced by a dropper.Containers used to hold small amounts of liquids,mostly used in laboratories.When the amount of liquid chemical used is small each time,or when it is prone to danger,drip bottles are often used to contain the solution.Usually,liquid acid-base indicators are used in drip bottles.Our factory produces various rotary cap drip bottles.Below,we will briefly introduce drip bottles:
Precautions for using rotary cap drip bottles
When using a dropper,pinch the rubber nipple with your fingers to expel the air from the dropper,then insert the dropper into the reagent bottle,release your fingers,and the reagent will be sucked in.
2.After taking the liquid,the dropper should keep the rubber head above and not be placed flat or upside down to prevent the solution from flowing back and corroding the rubber head.
When adding liquid,it should be suspended above the beaker and not in contact with the beaker wall to avoid contaminating the dropper or causing contamination of the reagent.
4.Do not place the dropper on the test bench or other places to avoid contaminating the dropper.
5.Used droppers should be immediately rinsed with clean water for reuse.
6.It is strictly prohibited to use an uncleaned dropper to aspirate other reagents(do not rinse the dropper on the dropper bottle with water).
1、When using drip bottles,the following points should be noted:
1.The dropper on the dropper bottle is used in conjunction with the dropper bottle.
2.Do not rinse the dropper on the bottle with water.
3.Do not store strong alkali(glass stopper)for a long time,and do not store strong oxidants for a long time.
4.The remaining drugs absorbed cannot be returned.
5.The dropper should not be placed upside down or horizontally to prevent the test agent from corroding the dropper.
When dripping,the dropper should not be placed in the container to avoid contaminating the dropper and damaging the container.
